Here is audio of republican senate hopeful Mark Kirk discussing his intent to dispatch teams of "monitors" to largely minority voting districts to make sure there's no voter fraud. You know how those pesky minorities can't be trusted with their votes. We half expected to hear the phrase "monkey business" during the clip. You can't make this stuff up.

Naked Hate
Oct 12th, 2010
It was reported today that Mark Kirk, Republican candidate for senate in Illinois, is planning to send groups of good honest republicans to make sure there is no voter fraud amongst the African American electorate. Really. This could be your next senator, Illinois.
From TPM:
"In a private phone conversation that was secretly recorded, Mark Kirk, the Republican U.S. Senate candidate in Illinois, told state Republican leaders last week about his plan to send "voter integrity" squads to four predominately African American neighborhoods of Chicago "where the other side might be tempted to jigger the numbers somewhat."
Excuse me? Did he say, "jigger?" Yes. Yes he did.
It should be more surprising than it is. From illegal immigrants to the construction of mosques to the ginned up Acorn videos, this year's political discourse has been built more on hate and fear of otherness than any I have witnessed in my lifetime.
