This is something that we forgot over the past thirty years. No one knew how important that was. We were chafing against the very rules and regulations that allowed such universal prosperity for all classes. We thought that as individuals we could all prosper more if the rules would not be such an impediment. We learned what our Grandparents learned during the Great Depression - no rules = a wild west economy.
