I'm wondering, can he speak normal English? Why is everything he says have to be such gobbly gook and hard to interpret? The holier than thou attitude/speak may have just been his demise, IMO...
ReplyDeleteExcuse me? "Normal English? If it's too "artful" for you, you still have FOX. They speak stupid there. FLUENTLY.
ReplyDeleteJust because he has a good vocabulary doesn't mean he is holier than thou.
ReplyDeleteI am wondering if it has something to do with the comcast merger which Al Franken has been alarmed about. With the power of the media conglomerates in the hands of so few - we need to watch and wait. I do worry about freedom of speech and net neutrality. I don't think I'm overreacting either.
I wrote a post about it saying I smelled a rat. Rachel Maddow was on Bill Maher. I felt she was choosing her words very carefully when the topic was brought up.
I agree. She was mighty deferential in the clip I watched.
ReplyDeleteIt seemed clear that his days at MSNBC were numbered following the suspension last November but it didn't occur to me how few remained.
It is, in my estimation, a tremendous loss at this time.
