Wow. Just Plain Wow.

In spite of 10 years of tax cuts that have turned a surplus into the most crippling debt in our nation's history, Rush says "It's demonstrably proven that tax cuts increase revenue." Actually, it's been proven that such statements are some serious bullshit.
