There are exactly 14 Republican members of the U.S. House and Senate who should be considered for the 6 spots which that party is to have on the so-called "super committee" to be formed later this year. That's it. I say 14 because that is the total number of current, nationally elected members of the GOP who did not sign the absurd Norquist anti-tax pledge.The current Republican leadership now is potentially empowered to use this new committee in a manner that might continue a corporatist revolution that's been underway since January.
I say, no more.
