In the footage and on the scene reports from the Occupy Wall Street rally in New York, it does seem to be the white collar police officers in particular who are instigating a majority of the violence.
We don't know who they are, but we need to find out. If they are not charged criminally, they should should at least be subjected to civil suits.
One such commanding officer singles out a young man in the video below. The victim is sitting peacefully and banging a small cymbal with a drumstick. In the background, a blue collar officer is visible gesturing for him to move back. He begins to do so and is immediately grabbed by the white collar officer. What happens next is assault and battery. Who was this officer? If anyone can identify him, contact the New York ACLU at 212-607-3300
Here are two officers who turned up repeatedly in instances of violence against the crowd. Who are they? If anyone can identify them, contact the New York ACLU at 212-607-3300

The guys in the white uniform shirts are sergeants, is that right? What rank would Mr RedJacket be?
ReplyDeleteI am not sure the jacket was indicative of rank per say, but I DO think it's ironic that the "white collar" cops are the problem and the "blue collar " cops seem to their subservient minions.
ReplyDeleteJust like everyone else on Wall Street
